About

About

I have spent much of my career close to both customers and operations.

My work has combined business development, major accounts, teams and responsibility for results. First in international organisations; later, also by building a company from the ground up.

The journey

From Southern European markets to a business of my own.

I began my career in France, based in Rouen, managing distributors and developing Spain, Portugal and Italy for Groupe Andros / Novandie. Back in Spain, I helped build Arla Foods’ direct business and continued working across food, retail and FMCG.

I later led a B2B services unit at Brightstar 20:20 Mobile linked to Vodafone’s large commercial network. Those were years of daily targets, distributed teams, customer relationships, P&L and constant coordination. BTL activation, food sales leadership and Kaelis’ major international accounts followed.

In 2022 I co-founded La Cucharona. I was mainly responsible for business development and much of its management, bringing proposition, pricing, customers, team, processes and results together in one place.

Professional experience

How I work

I like to understand a problem before simplifying it.

I tend to stay close to the work. Talking to the customer, reading a number in context and listening to the people executing avoids many rushed conclusions. I then try to identify what matters, decide and follow through without turning everything into a heavy process.

I have worked in Spanish, English, French and Italian, with teams and customers from very different cultures. That experience taught me to adapt the conversation without losing clarity.

I am now looking to bring that combination of commercial perspective and operational experience to a new leadership, business development or growth responsibility.
